On February 23, a new brand – Star – will be added to Disney+, complementing all existing content from Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic and Disney.

The star will bring hundreds of television series and movies to Disney+, including the new series “Big Sky and Love,” “Victor” (a derivative of “Love,” Simon), as well as classic series like “Lost,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “Prison Break,” “The X-Files. “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Atlanta” and movies like “Beaches,” “The Devil Wears Prada,” “Ed Wood” and “Independence Day,” as well as more family or teen entertainment like “The Fault in Our Stars,” “The Maze Runner,” “The Three Stooges” and “Simon Birch.

Of course, many of these new series and movies are not suitable for children. That’s why Disney is introducing parental controls on February 23 that allow parents/guardians to separate adult content from the plethora of children’s movies and series already available. This includes the ability to limit content access for certain profiles based on content rating and allowing the PIN to block profiles that access more adult content.
