Jaws is a term used to describe a (1975)
Something dreadful, some immense evil, overtook tranquility and shattered the calm of Amity Island, a charming, gorgeous resort. It claimed the little girl’s life first, leaving her body to rot on the shore, and the night sky was tainted by the echoes of her cries. The placid seas became scarlet with blood when a big white shark lunged towards the youngsters. Then, just as they felt it was safe to return to the ocean, it struck again, roaring and assaulting the piers where the fisherman sat, oblivious to everything, waiting for the catch.
Before he returns in quest of food, something must be done. The tourism office in Amity and Mayor Larry Vaughn are working hard to keep the beaches open throughout the summer, and it’s up to Police Chief Brody, marine scientist Matt Hooper, and fisherman Quint to capture white sharks and put an end to the carnage.
Jaws 2 is a sequel to Jaws (1978)
Four years have passed since the great white shark’s terrible assault. Residents of Amity are still haunted by the horrible beast and slaughter she perpetrated, but they attempt to go about their lives as normally as possible. They are building new hotels and flats for rent, and everything seems to be in order. Coast Guard Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) believes the big shark has returned following inexplicable disappearances and a shipwreck.
Residents of Amity hesitate to believe Brody, fearing that such news would drive visitors away. Divers and sailors continue to work and enjoy the water despite Brody’s warnings. Unfortunately, Brody’s suspicions are quickly verified — the shark has returned. Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton, and Jeffrey Kramer, as well as Coast Guard Chief Roy Scheider, are still on the job.
3-D Jaws (1983)
The film follows the Brody children to SeaWorld, a marine park with underwater tunnels and lagoons, which is located in Florida. A juvenile great white shark infiltrates from the water during the park’s preparations for opening, and it seems that it attacked and murdered park personnel.
During the capture of the shark, it is discovered that a second, much bigger shark had also infiltrated the park and was the true perpetrator.
Jaws: The Revenge is a sequel to the film Jaws (1987)
The film follows Ellen Brody (Lorraine Gary), a newly bereaved woman who thinks a great white shark is chasing her family, especially when it kills her son and pursues her to the Bahamas. It was personal this time!
